Two parties are involved in a Gelagen order and only one of them is this website. The point of this page is to say clearly which is which.
The sequence

/order, a redirect that forwards to the seller's checkout. - Payment, address and delivery are entered on their system, not this one.
- They ship the jars, send the guides on a three or six jar box, and hold the sixty day cover.
- If anything about that order needs attention afterwards, it is their support team that can act on it.
Which side answers what
Anything specific to an order — where it is, when it lands, changing an address, starting a refund, chasing the digital guides — belongs to the seller, whose address is on the order confirmation. Anything about the information on these pages belongs here, at [email protected].
Shipping as published
The three and six jar boxes carry free shipping within the United States. The two jar box does not, and the seller's standard charge is added at their checkout. Delivery windows and any shipping outside the US are set by them, so the confirmation email is the reliable version rather than this sentence.
